These are the terms for a Glassfront Web website, in plain language. When you pay for your site, you agree to them.
Who we are
Glassfront Web is a business name of Aftercare AI Inc., an Ontario corporation. “We” and “us” mean Aftercare AI Inc. “You” means the business we build the site for.
The free preview
We may build you a free preview of a new homepage from public information about your business. A preview costs nothing and you don’t have to buy anything. It’s labelled as a concept, it isn’t your official site, and it comes down by itself after 30 days. You can ask us to take it down sooner at any time.
What’s included for $849
- A website of up to 5 pages, built from your approved preview.
- Tap-to-call on every page, and a quote form that sends requests to your email.
- A tune-up of your Google Business Profile, done with you.
- Connecting the site to your domain name.
- 12 months of hosting and small edits, starting the day your site goes live.
Online booking, online stores, more than 5 pages and other extra features are not included. If you want them, we’ll give you a price in writing before you pay anything.
Price and payment
The price is $849 in Canadian dollars, plus applicable HST, paid once by card through a secure Stripe payment link after you say yes to your preview. There is no contract and no deposit.
When your site goes live
Your site goes live within 3 business days of your OK, counted from the day you approve your preview and pay. If we’re waiting on something from you, like photos or help connecting your domain, the clock pauses until we have it.
Changes before launch
Send us your logo, photos and any changes to the preview, and we’ll make them before launch, as long as they fit within the 5 pages and the features above.
Small edits during the first 12 months
Small edits are updates to the text, hours, prices, photos and contact details on the pages you already have. New pages, new features and redesigns aren’t small edits; we’ll quote those first.
After the first year
You choose. Keep hosting and small edits for $29 a month plus HST, month to month, and cancel any time. Or take your site’s files and host them anywhere you like. There is no exit fee.
Your domain name
Your domain is registered in your business’s name, so it belongs to you. You pay the registrar’s yearly fee directly; it isn’t part of our price. We never need your passwords: we connect the domain with you, step by step.
Who owns what
- Once you’ve paid, you own your website: its code, its design and the content we made for it.
- You keep owning everything you send us. You confirm you have the right to use the logos, photos and text you give us.
Hosting and other services
We use trusted hosting, domain and email providers and keep your site running with reasonable care, but we can’t promise it will never go down, and we’re not responsible for outages or changes made by those providers. If something breaks, tell us and we’ll fix what’s in our control quickly.
Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for anything related to your website is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. We’re not responsible for lost profits or other indirect losses.

The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you pay is the one that applies to your site.
